SPRING
FITNESS / WELLNESS SESSION

March 25, 2013 – June 15, 2013




GENERAL FITNESS CLASSES

All General Fitness classes are held in the Wellness Room unless otherwise noted. Instructors and class times are subject to change, based on availability and number of participants. Pre-registration is not required for General Group Fitness Classes. All fees must be paid before attending classes. You can become a class participant at any time!

Balanced Fitness 30 min. Zoe Calder
A comfortable atmosphere for having fun, while improving flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, heart & lung capacity.
Day & Time: Mondays & Fridays, 11:30 a.m. - noon
Location: Wellness Room
Cost: Unlimited Fitness Card or drop-in fee

Forever Fit Tamera Blades
Low-impact aerobics, muscle strengthening & stretching. Exercises may use weights, bands & stability balls.
Day & Time: Tuesdays, 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
Location: Wellness Room
Fee: General Fitness Unlimited Card or Drop-In Fee

Lifetime Fitness
Tamera & Don & Merrilee
For men & women ages 60-years and older. The class offers activity for life-long fitness. It includes warm-up stretches, walking, low-level aerobics, optional chair exercises, muscle strengthening & relaxation. Burn calories while improving flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, and heart & lung capacity.
Day & Time: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
