AOA
(Active Older Adults)
Our AOA programs (for Ages 50 and better!) add joy to life through friendship and shared activity. Programs accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities. They include land and water exercise, sports programs, games, trips, a monthly book club, and more!
Here at the WCY, seniors have the chance to stay active and grow in spirit, mind, and body.
