Masters Swim Program

Our Master’s workouts have 3 levels to accommodate almost any ability, from novice lap to the experienced post-collegiate swimmer. We recommend that you be in lap swimming shape, which means you are able to swim laps at a comfortable pace, for at least 30 - 45 minutes. This is not a swim lesson or learn to swim program. Emphasis is placed on the group as a whole, but often the coach will offer individual comments on stroke technique. There are opportunities to compete, and it is encouraged but not required.

Day & Time:
Mon & Wed: 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. through October 14
Mon & Wed: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. beginning October 18
Saturday: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
*Monday and Wednesday practices: are coached by Eryn Thostenson
*Saturday practice: a workout is available, but it is not a coached workout
