GROUP EXERCISE FACEBOOK GROUP for our Annual and 3 Month members to connect further with our group excercise classes. We post live classes (that can be held over and over) plus tips adn ecouragement to help further your fitness journey.
DISCOVER WELLNESS whatever your fitness goal is, we are here to support your journey! Our Fitness Department is committed to helping you meet your health and wellness goals through access to quality programs, state of the art equipment and presonalized coaching, regardless of an individuals age or ability.
FITNESS ROOM offers a variety of equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, stairmaster, upright and recumbent bikes and weights.
WELLNESS ROOM where an average of 40 Group and Specialty Exercise classes are held weekly. This is a chance to participate in fun, energetic workouts while making new friends. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels, if you are new to class please let the instructor know and modifications can be recommended. Our schedule is subject to change - please refer to Fitness Schedule above for most up to date schedule.
HEALTH ENHANCEMENT OPTIONS welcome members to work on long term health and well being goals. In these programs we provide a welcoming, safe and non intimidating enviroment where health seekers achieve a sense of accomplishment in initiating and sustaining regular physical activity and other healthy habits.
FITNESS CHALLENGES keep you committed and accountable. Self motivation is the drive you have to work toward your goals, to put effort into self development and to achieve personal fulfillment. PERSONAL TRAINING there are many ways our certified fitness professionals can help you design or update a program so you get the maximum results.
Y-CYCLING can help to make
your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn,
a motivating group setting, enthusiastic instructors and invigorating
music, you will find yourself having a blast while you ride your way
to a leaner, stronger body. You will get a heart pounding yet low-impact
work-out, regardless of your fitness level, while maintaining the
ability to go at your own pace. Every class is a little different,
depending on the instructor, but one of the great things about the
Y-Cycling is that it is adaptable to your fitness level. Regardless
of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Simply
hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for
you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
PEDALING FOR PARKINSONS for you or someone you know that has Parkinson's disease, this program has been proven to help afflicted patients delay, and in some cases, improve their symptons.
