Friday:
Facility: 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Pools: 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday:
Facility: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pools: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Sunday:
Closed

DISCOVER WELLNESS whatever your fitness goal is, we are here to support your journey! Our Fitness Department is committed to helping you meet your health and wellness goals through access to quality programs, state of the art equipment and presonalized coaching, regardless of an individuals age or ability.

FITNESS ROOM offers a variety of equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, stairmaster, upright and recumbent bikes and weights.

WELLNESS ROOM where an average of 40 Group and Specialty Exercise classes are held weekly. This is a chance to participate in fun, energetic workouts while making new friends. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels, if you are new to class please let the instructor know and modifications can be recommended. Our schedule is subject to change - please refer to Fitness Schedule above for most up to date schedule.

HEALTH ENHANCEMENT OPTIONS welcome members to work on long term health and well being goals. In these programs we provide a welcoming, safe and non intimidating enviroment where health seekers achieve a sense of accomplishment in initiating and sustaining regular physical activity and other healthy habits.

 

FITNESS CHALLENGES keep you committed and accountable. Self motivation is the drive you have to work toward your goals, to put effort into self development and to achieve personal fulfillment. Annual Members are welcome to sign up for our FREE. We are always looking for new ideas; if you have one, please contact Wellness Director, Tamera Blades.

PERSONAL TRAINING there are many ways our certified fitness professionals can help you design or update a program so you get the maximum results.
